Every month 1 Casual Leave will be credited to your account. It will expire every financial year (1st April to 31st March)
If any accessories of the Company are physically damaged by the employee for any reason whatsoever. They have to compensate for that equipment with proper working conditions.
If an employee wishes to resign from their position, they are required to serve a 60-day notice period. Alternatively, the employee may choose to pay a financial penalty equivalent to two (2) months of their current salary in lieu of serving the notice period. This policy is applicable to all employees, including those who are serving their probation period.
No Casual Leaves During Probation and Notice period.
If Employee take any leave during your notice period, Employee last working date may be affected based on the company's requirements.
If an employee takes leave for more than 4 days without informing the company, and without obtaining the required company approval, the company reserves the right to terminate their employment. In such a case, the employee will be required to pay two months’ salary as a penalty for violating the notice period policy and for completing the necessary documentation.
Minimum 3.5 hrs work should be compulsory for consideration as half day work and 7 hr works compulsory for considering 1 day work and remaining hrs should be compensated by next day only. Either Management have right to adjust your salary.

All Leaves policies are defined based on Company rules and company standards.
All employees must strictly adhere to company policies and take responsibility for promoting a positive work environment. They must also work toward building positive relationships with their coworkers.
If the company identifies any negative discussions or talks that are against the company, its policies, or any group leaders, strict action will be taken immediately. This will have an immediate effect.
If an employee breaks company terms and policies for any reason, their final date, documentation, and salary will be processed as part of the FNF settlement.
During or after their tenure with the company, employees may not engage in any work-related activities, trade, business, or financial transactions any work with company's clients. If the company discovers any such activities, it reserves the right to impose penalties or initiate legal proceedings.
Employees are prohibited from sharing the company's or clients' Technical or Confidential or Name or any Details information with anyone.
Employees may not mention the company's name anywhere without obtaining written permission from the company.
